RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached. Orders may be canceled at any point prior to shipping.WARRANTY
DIMO honors a 12 month warranty on the DIMO Data Miner from the point of delivery in case of defect when there is no software fix available.RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@dimo.zone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
